very good but covers up charging jack

This item seems good but it covers up the charging jack on the Motorola, which means you have to take it off to charge. For me, that is very inconvenient. Since I am on the phone a lot I clip the phone to me as I move about. When I am charging it while I am on the phone, it limits how far I can go as Blue tooth headset does not transmit easily where I am.
Also putting the holster on and off tends to weaken the prongs at the top that hold the phone and they tend to break off. I go through one about every 2 months. It is cheap enough if you buy in bulk so it is not costly but at one at a time -- that would be quite expensive.
